Web App - Software in the Browser
A portal, a dashboard, a SaaS product, or a marketplace
Runs everywhere. Installs nowhere.
Most agencies will build whatever you ask for.
We'll tell you what actually needs to exist - then build only that.
What we build
Client portals
Customers see their orders, invoices, status, live. They stop calling you for it.
Internal planning & scheduling tools
Built around how your team actually works, not bent to fit a spreadsheet template it was never meant for.
Quotation & order systems
Quotes generated, routed, approved, converted. No copy-paste, no version confusion.
Dashboards
Your CRM, your ERP, your payment provider, one screen, built for the decision your team is actually making.
SaaS products
A full product you sell as a subscription to multiple customers. We build SaaS products from the ground up if that's the direction.
Marketplaces
Buyers and sellers who need a better way to connect, without you brokering every transaction by hand.
Progressive web apps
Installable on a home screen, working offline for the parts that matter, still no app store. Look at Progressive Web App if that's the fit.
How we work
We ask what the process actually is, not what the org chart says. Then we cut whatever doesn't serve it.
Where it helps, we prototype the flow first, something you can click through and react to, before we build on top of it.
We build it running on real logins and real data, ship it, and let real usage tell us what to fix next — not a wishlist from eight months ago.
“Interactivated always looks into my ideas to see if they're realistic or worthwhile doing — and I listen to their advice.”
Danny Dost, CEO, Natural Push Up
Price
No agency should quote you a number before this conversation. We won't either.
What actually moves the price:
- how many types of users need access,
- how many other systems it has to talk to,
- and how much real logic sits underneath.
Simple internal tool
One or two user types. No integrations.
Multi-user platform
Role-based permissions. A couple of integrations.
Full SaaS product
Billing, multi-tenancy, an ongoing roadmap.
Hosting and maintenance are recurring, whatever the size — budgeted from the start, not a line item that shows up later.
6–12 weeks
Depending on scope. We size the estimate after a short discovery call, not before.
Scoped, then quoted
We don't publish a flat rate because scope varies — but we'll give you a number after one conversation, not five.
With AI-assisted development, timelines and cost have dropped considerably
