Revolutionizing the Event Ticket Marketplace with a Scalable, User-Friendly Platform
problem
TicketList is set to revolutionize the event ticket marketplace in the Middle East. They needed a platform that could accommodate vendors, offer seat selections within virtual venues, provide QR-coded tickets, and handle high traffic during popular ticket sales. The main challenge was set around the development and UI/UX design for the client s e-commerce site and platform. Specifically, they required a Laravel+Vue-based project with marketplace functionalities that would eventually transition to a Progressive Web App (PWA) in the V2 stage. Additionally, we needed to provide a robust cloud architecture to handle traffic surges during peak ticket sales.

To address these challenges, we custom-developed the platform using Laravel Bagisto Multivendor with a Vue.js banner-end. This allowed vendors to register, sell event tickets, offer seat selections, and more. We designed a multiserver cloud architecture to ensure scalability and reliability during traffic surges. In TicketList V2, we focused on refining the platform s functionalities to help TicketList revolutionize the event ticket marketplace. Our team recommended adopting a PWA approach to streamline website and app development, leading to greater efficiency and user accessibility.

The team has delivered high-quality work, incorporating the features we requested within a cost-effective framework, exceeding client s expectations.
