Alsama is a charitable organization dedicated to establishing and operating schools within refugee camps to support children from Gaza, Lebanon, and other regions, with a particular focus on female empowerment. The organization faced a significant challenge: they needed a comprehensive system capable of managing multiple schools rather than just one. Additionally, they required a reporting mechanism that could separately cater to the needs of sponsoring organizations for boys and girls. Following this, we conducted detailed Business Analysis and MVP (Minimum Viable Product) refinement to ensure the proposed solution was both feasible and effective. Our team also performed a Technological Analysis and Architectural Planning to design a robust system tailored to Alsama s requirements. We then partnered with other experts to assist in the development of this solution, utilizing technologies such as PowerApps, PowerBI, Next.js, AWS, Node.js, and PostgreSQL to build a versatile and scalable platform.
