AllyMS: Mobile-First Healthcare Coordination Platform

Our client, a prominent healthcare equity firm in the US and Canada, managed a massive portfolio of fragmented healthcare and insurance applications. They faced significant technical debt and lacked a unified mobile solution to connect caregivers and patients in real-time. To stay competitive and meet investor expectations, they needed to consolidate these services into a single, modernized platform with a world-class mobile user experience.

We built self-sufficient, HIPAA-compliant teams to lead the technical overhaul, with a heavy focus on cross-platform mobile development. Using React Native, we created an intuitive "Uber-like" mobile interface that allows caregivers and caretakers to coordinate visits and services on the go. This mobile front-end was integrated into a complex microservices architecture (including .NET, React, and Laravel), ensuring that real-time mobile data seamlessly synchronized with the client's insurance and claim-processing backends.
